By accessing or using LensGo.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

LensGo.art provides AI-powered video and image transformation services, including:

  • Video Style Transfer: Transform videos into various artistic styles
  • Text to Video: Generate videos from text descriptions
  • Image to Video: Animate static images using AI
  • AI Image Generation: Create images from text prompts

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

  • Valid email address
  • Secure password
  • Accurate account information

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Paid Services

4.1 Free Tier

  • 50 credits daily (resets every 24 hours)
  • Access to basic features
  • Watermark on generated content
  • For personal, non-commercial use only

4.2 Paid Plans

  • Additional credits and features as specified in your plan
  • No watermarks (Pro and Unlimited plans)
  • Commercial usage rights (paid plans only)
  • Priority processing

4.3 Billing and Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use LensGo.art to:

  • Create AI-styled videos for personal or commercial use (paid plans)
  • Share generated content on social media and other platforms
  • Use generated content in accordance with your plan's license

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use LensGo.art to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Generate deepfakes or misleading content designed to deceive
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Create content depicting minors inappropriately
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer or copy our technology
  • Use automated systems to abuse our services
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Review and remove content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our policies
  • Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

LensGo.art, including our technology, trademarks, and content, is our intellectual property protected by applicable laws.

6.2 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated content

6.3 Generated Content

  • Free Tier: Generated content is for personal use only
  • Paid Plans: You receive commercial rights to generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to source material

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

7.2 AI-Generated Content

  • AI output may vary and is not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
  • Generated content may not be suitable for all purposes
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use

7.3 No Warranty

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LensGo.art and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Changes to Terms
